How I work:

My work is grounded in both qualitative and quantitative user experience research, and more than eight years of leading human‑centered projects has shaped me into a researcher who blends rigor with empathy. I use data to guide decisions, uncover opportunities, and advocate for what will drive the greatest impact for my team and our users. I also bring deep respect and empathy for every discipline I collaborate with, knowing that when we operate as one agile team, we deliver meaningful, successful products.
